I did a gut renovation of my kitchen and bathroom with Tom Krauss and his team at Crafted Kitchen. In the past, I have had work done in my apartment and have literally been in tears out of frustration. I interviewed several contractors, but chose Crafted Kitchen for many reasons: "They do their job by educating me." "I am respected and included in every decision." "They're always available to me." "They answer every one of my stupid questions...thoroughly." "They're completely professional, organized and punctual." "They're extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, highly skilled and experienced." "I tell them my objective and they give me great advice to achieve those goals." "They can handle my coop board (which is no small feat)." During the work on my apartment I've checked on the progress a few times. Upon entering the building, there was absolutely no evidence that work was being done. The lobby was neat and clean. When I opened the apartment door, I almost fell over. Everything that was not being worked on was sealed off to avoid dust. There were no piles of tools lying around. Everything was neatly organized. They had a certain respect for my home and personal items. 5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended.
Pros: They're extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, highly skilled and experienced.
